    "帰宅したら、飼い猫がじっと黙ってクッションに座っていた。
    いつもは玄関まで迎えに来てくれるのに、やけに大人しいなと思ったが放っておいた。
    しかし、いつまで経っても動かないので、具合でも悪いんじゃないかと心配になり、
    身体を見せてもらおうとしても頑として動かない。
    思い切って抱き上げてみようとしても、踏ん張って素直に抱かれない。
    無理矢理抱き上げたら嫌がって暴れ、猫の足がクッションに当たってクッションがずれて、
    その下から首と胴がちぎれたぬいぐるみが出て来た。 それは猫のオモチャだから壊しても別に構わないのに、
    猫は「うわぁぁ見つかった怒られる」という顔でションボリ。
    ぬいぐるみを縫って直してやると、
    いつもは咥えて振り回してぶん投げたり抱き付いて連続後ろ足蹴り入れたりするくせに、
    ゴロニャンゴロニャン言いながらぬいぐるみに頬擦りして寝床に持っていって、今添い寝してる。
    子猫の時からお気に入りのオモチャだし、なんだかんだで大事にしてたんだなーとなごんだ。"
